Please fill out the application (PDF below) for processing and an account number will be issued for ordering purposes. An application will not be processed without tax ID or resale number. Please allow at least 7-10 days for processing. Initial order must be paid in advance and after that net 30 terms are acceptable.

Our website is not set up to process wholesale orders. Please call, fax or e-mail your order.

The price schedules you receive pertain primarily to our premier line of style 03062. We do have other types of materials available including textures and coatings available at wholesale prices. Please let us know if these are of interest.
